The basic option of 399 € per month includes breakfast in the self-service cantine, running costs and rent. It is also possible to take meals in the restaurant without the basic agreed payment. The Young Workers Hostel "Le Phare" is just 200 metres away from the railway station near the city centre. The small size of the complex (97 rooms) gives it a family atmosphere. A deposit corresponding to a month’s rent (ranging from 236 to 326 € according to the accommodation chosen) must be paid on arrival. Housing benefit (A.P.L.) can be claimed. The Hostel "Le Phare" also administers 11 lodgings (one or two-room flats) situated near the Place Delille, furnished or unfurnished. Charges vary from 300 to 410 € per month (all charges included).
