Accomodation and Hotel Booking Details
In order to ensure the well-being of 8th Icefa participants and to make the hotel booking easier, the Local Organizing Committee works in close co-operation with the Centre of Tourism and Congress of Clermont-Ferrand (OTC – Phone: 33.4.73.98.65.00 – Fax: 33.4.73.98.64.98). All the steps necessary to book the hotels are organized by OTC in order to obtain the best facilities in terms of conveniences, public transports, proximity of the very centre of the city.
We recommend to Icefa Participants to register and to book the hotels as quickly as possible so as to facilitate the work of Icefa Local Organizing Committee and OTC. We remember that the World Rugby Cup will be held in September in France and in consequence a strong need in accommodations will appear at the beginning of September 2007.
All the necessary information for accommodation booking are given in the Accommodation Booking Form that can be downloaded here. Please check the way to proceed depicted in the Accommodation Booking Form: we remind that the payment has to be done directly to the order of “Office de Tourisme et de des Congrès”. Two ways of payment are possible (by Check in Euros drawn in a French bank or by Credit Card) and the Accommodation Booking Form has to be returned to OTC once fulfilled (Fax recommended).
